My name is Gerarde, I am a husband to a lovely wife and father to 4 amazing children. I was lucky enough to have a natural affinity with woodwork, so it is not surprising that while I ponder what it is I am to do with my life, carpentry and joinery has been the path I have trodden to pay my way as I do.

I have had the good fortune to have been taught by some very knowledgeable people in my time and had the pleasure to be able to share this with some good people too. I believe that if something is worth doing, then it is worth doing properly and if you have seen anything I have made I know you will agree my work is a testament to that.

​

Whilst much of my time is dedicated to trying to provide for my family as best one can, my dream is to someday be able to utilize the knowledge and skills I have acquired to be able to make positive changes in the wider community and welcome opportunities to make that happen,

 perhaps that might make all the difference.
