We met Gerarde whilst renovating a villa in Preston Park.  The windows had been neglected and were rotten throughout.  Gerarde measured, fabricated and installed all 16 double glazed sash windows; refurbished some of the shutters we found in the main bay; and made 6 casement windows.  His attention to detail, punctuality and advice was excellent.  He visited us again a few years later to remove one of the windows in order to bring in a large piece of furniture which we couldn’t get through the front door & finish a timber facia around a new staircase.  He was professional & delightful to talk to throughout the build. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to replace their windows or any other work that involves high end fabrication and fitting.
